Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Ezzo Kraft put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Adam Yost. Knut Odenbach kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Ezzo Kraft sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Elmendorf FSV booed when SC Goodbye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Walczok didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elmendorf FSV's Jochen Wedig got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olav Freese charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olav Freese the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SC Goodbye getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Olav Freese hit a great ball. Adam Yost took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezzo Kraft, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Livio Plotkowiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folko Stober, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Olav Freese was shown his second yellow card after 16 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Olav Freese kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Folko Stober recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jochen Wedig got free with Adam Yost in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ludo Gers hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute of the match Rudi Uebach sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Livio Plotkowiak skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Ezzo Kraft managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elmendorf FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezzo Kraft was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adam Yost breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Goodbye's goalkeeper Adam Yost, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ezzo Kraft to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jochen Wedig in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Yost prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SC Goodbye's Adam Yost played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezzo Kraft in the 55th minute of play. Jochen Wedig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Adam Yost tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jochen Wedig came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Elmendorf FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jochen Wedig couldn't finish the play. Ezzo Kraft's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adam Yost read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Folko Stober who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Livio Plotkowiak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Folko Stober fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Livio Plotkowiak having to interfere. SC Goodbye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elmendorf FSV the free kick. In the 84th minute, Fortunato Jaspers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute Jochen Wedig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Yost saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th match minute, SC Goodbye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fortunato Jaspers to maneuver through the defense. Dittmar Himmelreich made a great header on Elmendorf FSV's corner, it was just that SC Goodbye's Adam Yost managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Elmendorf FSV fans cheered their team off the field, for while SC Goodbye had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
