Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lovis Urgien took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lars Oliver Vüllings came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by DSC Arminia Bielefeld's Lovis Urgien. But to his dismay, Lovis Urgien quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 7th minute, Matthias Krug hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximilian Birk struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Lars Oliver Vüllings didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DSC Arminia Bielefeld. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximilian Birk got free with Lars Oliver Vüllings in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kürnach FC's Lars Oliver Vüllings played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lovis Urgien in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Kaspar Kuchta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kürnach FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaspar Kuchta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kaspar Kuchta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gero Gerster during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maximilian Birk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Lars Oliver Vüllings made a huge save. Lovis Urgien received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lars Oliver Vüllings came out and tried to block the shot, but Lovis Urgien slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 22nd minute. In the 26th match minute, Kürnach FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Matetzki to maneuver through the defense. Lars Oliver Vüllings showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lovis Urgien, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Perry Schikora was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 31 minutes into the match. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kürnach FC! Kurt Sonnenberg shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 36 minutes into the game, Maximilian Birk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Lars Oliver Vüllings was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Kaspar Kuchta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Maximilian Birk suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kaspar Kuchta during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kaspar Kuchta kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Lovis Urgien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Oliver Vüllings saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Conrad Sitzmann got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ali Rehm kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Lovis Urgien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Oliver Vüllings saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kürnach FC's Dennis Dumberger got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mark Pätzold hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Lars Oliver Vüllings didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lovis Urgien went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. If Lovis Urgien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of DSC Arminia Bielefeld booed when Kürnach FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gero Gerster didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 79 minutes, Lovis Urgien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DSC Arminia Bielefeld's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lovis Urgien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 88 played minutes DSC Arminia Bielefeld got a freekick which was hit by Benny Baltzer. Lars Oliver Vüllings showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lovis Urgien, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute Lovis Urgien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Oliver Vüllings saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. DSC Arminia Bielefeld had played much better football throughout.
