Maximilian Birk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Felix Horrer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Union Giesenhausen's Felix Horrer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximilian Birk in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Maximilian Birk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lovis Urgien in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix Horrer saved Union Giesenhausen from getting behind. DSC Arminia Bielefeld's Heiko Huffschmid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michele Hamacher in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, DSC Arminia Bielefeld was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lemmy Dogan to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lovis Urgien in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felix Horrer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle sounded DSC Arminia Bielefeld left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Union Giesenhausen.
