Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lovis Urgien took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the game, DSC Arminia Bielefeld's Maximilian Birk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jukka Rausch made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. With his leg Jukka Rausch managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when DSC Arminia Bielefeld's Maximilian Birk fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 18 played minutes Ballkünstler SV got a freekick which was hit by Leon Swiatek. Jukka Rausch came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by DSC Arminia Bielefeld's Maximilian Birk. But to his dismay, Maximilian Birk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Maximilian Birk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jukka Rausch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ballkünstler SV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kurt Sonnenberg was slow to take the kick. During this time DSC Arminia Bielefeld's players had a chance to rest. In the 32nd minute of the match DSC Arminia Bielefeld got a corner. Ballkünstler SV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kurt Sonnenberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. DSC Arminia Bielefeld's Kurt Sonnenberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jukka Rausch in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Leon Swiatek fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ballkünstler SV's protests and gave Leon Swiatek a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute of the match, Lovis Urgien tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jukka Rausch saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Maximilian Birk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jukka Rausch having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game Lovis Urgien who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ballkünstler SV's Jukka Rausch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jukka Rausch stood somewhat misplaced when Lovis Urgien came free in front of goal and shot 5-0 to the left of him in the 43 minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rigo Schollmeyer was the one to do the kick off. When Maximilian Birk came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the DSC Arminia Bielefeld fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximilian Birk couldn't finish the play. In the 54th minute, Lovis Urgien left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DSC Arminia Bielefeld fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 59th minute Leon Swiatek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heiko Huffschmid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Romeo Krause had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jukka Rausch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lovis Urgien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lovis Urgien blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jukka Rausch having to make a save. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ballkünstler SV's goalkeeper Jukka Rausch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ballkünstler SV's zone, Maximilian Birk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jukka Rausch came out of the goal and Maximilian Birk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lovis Urgien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jukka Rausch having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Ballkünstler SV's goal looked a bit too open when Lovis Urgien came free, but Jukka Rausch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DSC Arminia Bielefeld's Maximilian Birk got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ballkünstler SV's goalkeeper Jukka Rausch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jukka Rausch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lovis Urgien in the 96th minute of play. Lovis Urgien struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Jukka Rausch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DSC Arminia Bielefeld. When the referee ended the match the DSC Arminia Bielefeld players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
