Raphael Hollersen might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Volker Räder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 87th minute Viktor Beimler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apollo Hotzy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 88 minutes, Kai Schuhmacher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grammersdorf and the Tomsi players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jupp Füngerlings during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
