Jan Goepel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otis Mauthe, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 31st minute, Otis Mauthe reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jan Goepel. Otis Mauthe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Goepel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otis Mauthe in the 61st minute of play forced Zellprojekt's goalkeeper Jan Goepel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Goepel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerd Gill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Gerd Gill's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Goepel was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Jan Goepel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otis Mauthe, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Zellprojekt's Jan Goepel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otis Mauthe in the 92nd minute of play.
