In the 24th minute, Stefan-Benjamin Luft ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wolfram Fellbaum was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After having played for 37 minutes, Heiko Austermann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lipporn FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heiko Austermann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reinhold Vöhringer in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Philipp Dörken saved Lipporn FSV from getting behind. 45 minutes into the match, Ismael Scheuerer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Philipp Dörken. Lipporn FSV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Scheuerer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reinhold Vöhringer to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Lipporn FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Scheuerer came free, but Philipp Dörken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefan-Benjamin Luft sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 72 played minutes Lipporn FSV got a freekick which was hit by Severin Burchartz. Ismael Scheuerer struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lykershausen FC's zone, Stefan-Benjamin Luft stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wolfram Fellbaum came out of the goal and Stefan-Benjamin Luft tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Reinhold Vöhringer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lykershausen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reinhold Vöhringer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Lykershausen FC booed when Lipporn FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julien-Nils Frommer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reinhold Vöhringer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Philipp Dörken having to make a save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lipporn FSV fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! Lipporn FSV:s Philipp Dörken showed great skill when he stopped Gerhart Kolter:s penalty.
