Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dustin Haug made the kick off which started today's match. Eckhard Kittler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörn Roth having to interfere. Jörn Roth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eckhard Kittler, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Jörn Roth made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Dustin Haug sent off a good shot on target. If Eckhard Kittler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dustin Haug sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, fc gabar's Jörn Roth got control of the ball when Dustin Haug tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jörn Roth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eckhard Kittler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jörn Roth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matthias Hoefer made in the 45th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Abgunst's Martin Lack.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tony Theurer to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uri Erler during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the fc gabar defense, Dustin Haug kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jörn Roth. The fc gabar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jörn Roth should have stopped the shot.
