A collision led to Westhoven FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Sébastien Odenbach hit a great ball. Daniel Schwickerath sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gil Remus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Cem United's zone, Gil Remus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl Bion came out of the goal and Gil Remus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Daniel Schwickerath had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Cem United defense, Gerold Stieglitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl Bion. The Cem United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl Bion should have stopped the shot. Viktor Keirath blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl Bion having to make a save. Kilian Geenen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Mattis Schlode tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 24 minutes, Viktor Keirath managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Westhoven FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor Keirath was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27thth minute of the game Viktor Keirath who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cem United's Karl Bion was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Westhoven FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Silas Reisner hit a great ball. Gil Remus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 35 minutes of play, Westhoven FC's Viktor Keirath made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl Bion was left in no man's land by his defense there! 43 minutes into the match, Cem United's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Keirath came free, but Karl Bion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Viktor Keirath came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Westhoven FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viktor Keirath couldn't finish the play. After the first half Westhoven FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Westhoven FC's Viktor Keirath got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cliff Beneyto Arago lost his temper 67 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 66th minute, one of Cem United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cem United. The Westhoven FC fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Westhoven FC's Gregor Mitsch looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Karl Bion was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Viktor Keirath showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 86 minute of play. In the 91st minute, Westhoven FC's Gil Remus ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Karl Bion. Karl Bion yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Westhoven FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
