Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Schkölen's Luis Wyes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Georg Gleixner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claus Rockstein read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Abdelaziz Moos made a precise shot to the right of Levi Mühlstein. FC Arnstadt's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvo Domröse in the 15th minute of play forced FC Arnstadt's goalkeeper Levi Mühlstein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Henning Meist took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Levi Mühlstein to make any attempt to save it. Levi Mühlstein made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Henning Meist sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute, Raphael Seidl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Wyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 27th play minute Abdelaziz Moos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Levi Mühlstein. 3-0. Levi Mühlstein didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdelaziz Moos went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Schkölen's Alvo Domröse got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Dierk Aydin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claus Rockstein having to interfere. Schkölen were furious when Alvo Domröse was red carded, 42 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Heinrich Klerings might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claus Rockstein. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Heinrich Klerings ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Claus Rockstein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claus Rockstein made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Georg Gleixner sent off a good shot on target. After 61 minutes, Luis Wyes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Schkölen and the FC Arnstadt players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luis Wyes hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. When FC Arnstadt's Heinrich Klerings in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Schkölen booed when FC Arnstadt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heinrich Klerings didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, FC Arnstadt's Georg Gleixner dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. The supporters of Schkölen booed when FC Arnstadt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dierk Aydin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Luis Wyes came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Schkölen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Wyes couldn't finish the play. In the 86th match minute, Schkölen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Männer to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Heinrich Klerings in the 88th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Claus Rockstein's left hand side. The attack was good, but when Georg Gleixner in the 92nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 94 minutes into the match, Schkölen's goal looked a bit too open when Heinrich Klerings came free, but Claus Rockstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Schkölen getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Henning Meist hit a great ball. FC Arnstadt's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
