Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Georg Gleixner took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 5 minutes, Georg Gleixner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Arnstadt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Georg Gleixner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Arnstadt's Peter Gerster got a free kick in the 7th minute. Levi Mühlstein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stephan Jacobs, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Levi Mühlstein came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Enkelstrotort's Heinrich Jemella. But to his dismay, Heinrich Jemella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Folker Gundelach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Enkelstrotort's Jens Flaht played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Seidel in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to Enkelstrotort getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Joachim Höck hit a great ball. Levi Mühlstein didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rainier Pasch went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Enkelstrotort's Folker Gundelach got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Gleixner in the 30th minute of play forced Enkelstrotort's goalkeeper Jens Flaht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heinrich Klerings sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FC Arnstadt getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Stefan Brante hit a great ball. Rainier Pasch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Levi Mühlstein having to interfere. Georg Gleixner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens Flaht having to interfere. Levi Mühlstein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heinrich Jemella in the 42nd minute of play. Folker Gundelach kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The FC Arnstadt players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Enkelstrotort were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rainier Pasch to strike the kick off in the second half. Heinrich Jemella who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Levi Mühlstein when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 55th minute, Dierk Aydin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens Flaht was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Dierk Aydin put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jens Flaht. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rainier Pasch in the 64th minute of play forced FC Arnstadt's goalkeeper Levi Mühlstein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th match minute, FC Arnstadt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dierk Aydin to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rainier Pasch in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Levi Mühlstein saved FC Arnstadt from getting behind. Heinrich Jemella came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Levi Mühlstein could save by the left post. Heinrich Klerings recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of FC Arnstadt booed when Enkelstrotort was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Folker Gundelach didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute Georg Gleixner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Flaht saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 79 minutes, Heinrich Klerings made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. Enkelstrotort's Jens Flaht tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Robin Seidel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens Flaht having to make a save. Heinrich Jemella could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Levi Mühlstein made a huge save. Stefan Brante hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Stephan Jacobs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Levi Mühlstein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Enkelstrotort supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Enkelstrotort would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
