Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wulf Weißbach kicked off to start the match. If Wulf Weißbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 6 played minutes Klein Aukens got a freekick which was hit by Benno Gentner. After recieving a nice pass, FC Simon 1978's Ture Barth tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Benno Gentner kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Wulf Weißbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wulf Weißbachs short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Mesut Hirtzel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 21st minute, Wulf Weißbach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th match minute, Klein Aukens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thorsten Ellermann to maneuver through the defense. Benedikt Hübner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gunter Schröder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ernst Balko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Mesut Hirtzel made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wulf Weißbach in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mesut Hirtzel saved FC Simon 1978 from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in FC Simon 1978's zone, Wulf Weißbach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mesut Hirtzel came out of the goal and Wulf Weißbach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wulf Weißbach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Mesut Hirtzel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46thth minute of the game Wulf Weißbach who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Simon 1978's Mesut Hirtzel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gunter Schröder made a kick off. Ernst Balko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute, Malte Schulz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mesut Hirtzel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Balko in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Wulf Weißbach made a precise shot to the right of Mesut Hirtzel. FC Simon 1978's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Wulf Weißbach recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 66 minutes, Malte Schulz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Simon 1978 and the Klein Aukens players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Simon 1978's Malte Schulz got a free kick in the 66th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Marc-Dominic Protze was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Klein Aukens's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Simon 1978 the free kick. Marc-Dominic Protze kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. If Gunter Schröder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mesut Hirtzel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wulf Weißbach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85thth minute of the game Wulf Weißbach who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Simon 1978's Mesut Hirtzel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Klein Aukens fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Klein Aukens's Wulf Weißbach looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Wulf Weißbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wulf Weißbach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Mesut Hirtzel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Klein Aukens were the better team. Klein Aukens's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
