Spectators: 6740 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 0) FR ost's Karsten Koss started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Sönke Hummel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fedor Bieberstein struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Dieter Fricker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FR ost. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sönke Hummel in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dieter Fricker saved Winsen from getting behind. After 12 played minutes Winsen got a freekick which was hit by Roland Schroth. 14 minutes into the game, Frederik Georgion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Winsen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FR ost the free kick. The supporters of FR ost booed when Winsen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederik Georgion didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karsten Koss blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dieter Fricker having to make a save. If Fedor Bieberstein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19thth minute of the game Fedor Bieberstein who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Winsen's Dieter Fricker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dieter Fricker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedor Bieberstein, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Sönke Hummel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FR ost fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Hentrop in the 26th minute of play forced Winsen's goalkeeper Dieter Fricker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Winsen's goal looked a bit too open when Fedor Bieberstein came free, but Dieter Fricker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dieter Fricker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karsten Koss in the 31st minute of play. Daniel Lehmann hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. If Miguel Hentrop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dieter Fricker came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by FR ost's Miguel Hentrop. But to his dismay, Miguel Hentrop quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Fedor Bieberstein recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dieter Fricker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karsten Koss in the 43rd minute of play. Sönke Hummel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dieter Fricker having to interfere. Sönke Hummel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Dieter Fricker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Hentrop in the 52nd minute of the match. Dieter Fricker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedor Bieberstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 55 played minutes Winsen got a freekick which was hit by Frederik Georgion. Roland Schroth charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roland Schroth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FR ost booed when Winsen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Schroth didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute, Miguel Hentrop hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ralph Spegele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamil Lange in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Karsten Koss cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Dieter Fricker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 64th minute, Kurt Schwaebe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FR ost's Miguel Hentrop got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Winsen's goal looked a bit too open when Fedor Bieberstein came free, but Dieter Fricker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Winsen's Frederik Georgion got his second yellow card of the match in the 73rd minute. The referee ordered Frederik Georgion off the ground. After a rather tough play, Winsen's Frederik Georgion got a free kick in the 74th minute. After taking down the ball on FR ost's corner Karsten Koss fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dieter Fricker quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fedor Bieberstein in the 78th minute of play forced Winsen's goalkeeper Dieter Fricker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sönke Hummel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dieter Fricker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karsten Koss in the 84th minute. Karsten Koss's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dieter Fricker firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Hentrop got free with Dieter Fricker in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albert Brockes charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albert Brockes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FR ost made a substitution. Benedikt Fenstermacher replaced Haimo Kogler. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Sönke Hummel sped through Winsen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dieter Fricker. FR ost's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
