Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Karsten Koss started the match with the kick off. Gero Laschet charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gero Laschet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bentkrögen! The goalkeeper, Raik Meisl, was totally fooled by FR ost's Karsten Koss, who 4 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Noel Wolf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 10th minute, Miguel Schollenberger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th match minute, Bentkrögen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukas Horlacher to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Raik Meisl successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. FR ost's Ralph Spegele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rainder Dick in the 17th minute of play. If Miguel Hentrop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raik Meisl stood somewhat misplaced when Fedor Bieberstein came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 21 minute. After 24 played minutes Bentkrögen got a freekick which was hit by Okke Kretschmer. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Rainder Dick put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ralph Spegele. 30 minutes into the match, Rainder Dick notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of FR ost's Ralph Spegele. Ralph Spegele was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ralph Spegele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rainder Dick in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute Karsten Koss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raik Meisl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Wolf hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Karsten Koss could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Raik Meisl made a huge save. Ralph Spegele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Schollenberger, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Raik Meisl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karsten Koss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ralph Spegele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Schollenberger in the 44th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Miguel Schollenberger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Raik Meisl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karsten Koss in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Fedor Bieberstein notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Bentkrögen's Raik Meisl. Raik Meisl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sönke Hummel kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the match Carsten Hässler sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ralph Spegele skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Bentkrögen booed when FR ost was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Hentrop didn't get a good kick on the ball. Okke Kretschmer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ralph Spegele. FR ost's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Miguel Schollenberger recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ralph Spegele. Miguel Schollenberger showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. After 69 played minutes Bentkrögen got a freekick which was hit by Lukas Horlacher. Karsten Koss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Bentkrögen's goal looked a bit too open when Fedor Bieberstein came free, but Raik Meisl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Sönke Hummel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the game, Sönke Hummel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FR ost's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bentkrögen the free kick. Sönke Hummel kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, FR ost's goal looked a bit too open when Noel Wolf came free, but Ralph Spegele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fedor Bieberstein's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raik Meisl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. FR ost's Sönke Hummel got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Despite being the better team, FR ost failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
