The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Billy Rektor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maiko Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Hinteröd defense, Wilhelm Bonde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Billy Rektor. The Hinteröd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Billy Rektor should have stopped the shot. Billy Rektor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maiko Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Jürgen Kuster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Lojewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, icrimax fc's goal looked a bit too open when Gerrit List came free, but Dariusz Lojewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Dohrn in the 23rd minute of play forced Hinteröd's goalkeeper Billy Rektor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Hinteröd booed when icrimax fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kay Schnappauf didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 played minutes, Hinteröd's Rando Tanne shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dariusz Lojewski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hinteröd reached it. In the 26th minute, Kurt Dohrn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hinteröd's Billy Rektor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Hinteröd from getting a goal against them. Dariusz Lojewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gerrit List's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. If Gerrit List had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Gerrit List hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dariusz Lojewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerrit List, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 48 minutes into the match, icrimax fc's goal looked a bit too open when Gerrit List came free, but Dariusz Lojewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Jürgen Kuster fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dariusz Lojewski having to interfere. Maiko Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauritz Jan Labudda hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Jürgen Kuster received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dariusz Lojewski came out and tried to block the shot, but Jürgen Kuster slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 65th minute. Dariusz Lojewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauritz Jan Labudda in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maiko Hoffmann in the 73rd minute of play forced Hinteröd's goalkeeper Billy Rektor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd match minute, Hinteröd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hubert Gross to maneuver through the defense. Wilhelm Bonde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauritz Jan Labudda hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Wilhelm Bonde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Billy Rektor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilhelm Bonde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hinteröd's Gerrit List got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maiko Hoffmann in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Billy Rektor saved Hinteröd from getting behind. The Hinteröd players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented icrimax fc from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
