Spectators: 5714 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 14) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Horst van de Sand kicked off to start the match. Adam Michallek came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Klosterkiel's Xaver Metzner. But to his dismay, Xaver Metzner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Horst van de Sand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Michallek having to interfere. Xaver Metzner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Horst van de Sand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rurik Merten kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, Raimund Bartels was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dalborn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Klosterkiel the free kick. In the 18th minute, Raimund Bartels hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Horst van de Sand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horst van de Sand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Michallek having to interfere. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Klosterkiel's goalkeeper Nils Schollmeyer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40thth minute of the game Xaver Metzner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dalborn's Adam Michallek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Justin Spörer might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nils Schollmeyer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Justin Spörer ran back to his position shaking his head. Horst van de Sand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adam Michallek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Siegmund Rüggeberg's shot from short distance in the 48th minute.

The wind increased when Justin Spörer made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Dalborn's goalkeeper Adam Michallek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xaver Metzner. After 52 played minutes Dalborn got a freekick which was hit by Raimund Bartels. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dalborn's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nils Vogt was slow to take the kick. During this time Klosterkiel's players had a chance to rest. Klosterkiel's Horst van de Sand got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Klosterkiel's Werner Meng got a free kick in the 59th minute. Nils Schollmeyer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hischam Jost, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Eilert Wenzlaff charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eilert Wenzlaff the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Dalborn getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Eilert Wenzlaff hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 68th minute by Xaver Metzner got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horst van de Sand in the 69th minute of play forced Dalborn's goalkeeper Adam Michallek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Horst van de Sand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Michallek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th match minute, Klosterkiel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siegmund Rüggeberg to maneuver through the defense. Xaver Metzner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Adam Michallek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dalborn's Adam Michallek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Dalborn from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horst van de Sand in the 85th minute of play forced Dalborn's goalkeeper Adam Michallek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xaver Metzner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xaver Metzner got free with Adam Michallek in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adam Michallek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xaver Metzner in the 99th minute. Klosterkiel's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
