In the 12th minute, Lucas Lewandowski made a precise shot to the right of Adrian Kaufmann. 1.Fc Lynar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 14th minute, Lewis Trautermann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Claus FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Imkamp in the 18th minute of play forced 1.Fc Lynar's goalkeeper Adrian Kaufmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leif Imkamp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Adrian Kaufmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute Lewis Trautermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Kaufmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Kaufmann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Lewandowski's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Leopold Moser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Imkamp in the 32nd minute of play forced 1.Fc Lynar's goalkeeper Adrian Kaufmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Kaufmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Teufel in the 33rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Lewis Trautermann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Claus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lewis Trautermann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Kaufmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to 1.Fc Lynar getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Roland Zion hit a great ball. Leopold Moser hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Lewis Trautermann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrian Kaufmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Imkamp in the 43rd minute of the match. Manuel Teufel took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Kaufmann. Adrian Kaufmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After the first half Claus FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Leif Imkamp made the kick off in the second half. Björn Zaha charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Björn Zaha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st minute, Björn Zaha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Lewandowski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Adrian Kaufmann skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Adrian Kaufmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Imkamp in the 53rd minute of play. Lewis Trautermann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adrian Kaufmann having to make a save. Lewis Trautermann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lewis Trautermann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Kaufmann having to interfere. Manuel Teufel was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 63rd minute. Claus FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Roland Zion was shown his second yellow card after 64 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, 1.Fc Lynar's Roland Zion got a free kick in the 65th minute. Leopold Moser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lewis Trautermann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Kaufmann having to interfere. Lewis Trautermann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Teufel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claus FC's Kristian Strauss got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adrian Kaufmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Teufel in the 92nd minute. Leif Imkamp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Adrian Kaufmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Leif Imkamp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claus FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
