Dominik Selinger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Wigalf Jüdt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lutz Kreber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wigalf Jüdt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lutz Kreber in the 23rd minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Dominik Selinger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Junkersholz FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominik Selinger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lutz Kreber scored 0-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wigalf Jüdt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Werner Brackheimer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jochen Matheis, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Gunter Flaht charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gunter Flaht the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Junkersholz FC booed when Angelsbruck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunter Flaht didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 48 minutes, Jochen Matheis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Angelsbruck's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jochen Matheis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

A sloppy throw-in by Matthias Wirths in the 67th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Angelsbruck's Gunter Flaht. Lutz Kreber did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Wigalf Jüdt 70 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Gernot Scharff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wigalf Jüdt acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 77th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lutz Kreber. The supporters of Junkersholz FC booed when Angelsbruck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Butterweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Lutz Kreber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Junkersholz FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lutz Kreber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wigalf Jüdt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Junkersholz FC's Matthias Wirths got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Gunter Flaht managed to get in a good position for a shot. Angelsbruck's supporters rose to their feet, but Gunter Flaht was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Werner Brackheimer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Junkersholz FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Junkersholz FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
