Amed Spor's Lars Zeitzmann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Amed Spor from getting a goal against them. In the 12th play minute Boris Theiss came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lars Zeitzmann. 1-0. Matt Termath blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lars Zeitzmann having to make a save. If Max Vosswinkel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Walther Schönberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars Zeitzmann was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Lars Zeitzmann was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Boris Theiss capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Boris Theiss really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 36 minutes into the game, Habib Henneke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Amed Spor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seghorn FSV the free kick. After 36 played minutes Amed Spor got a freekick which was hit by Habib Henneke. A sloppy throw-in by Pascal Sieling in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Seghorn FSV's Matt Termath. A hard shot 43 in the game by Boris Theiss from a close distance when the talented Lars Zeitzmann managed to make a qualified save. Amed Spor's players were relieved. In the 46th match minute, Seghorn FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosmo Nelius to maneuver through the defense. Seghorn FSV's Simon Bohn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Erhart in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Boris Theiss to strike the kick off in the second half. Seghorn FSV's Sepp Klobke quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Pascal Sieling, made in the 57th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Cosmo Nelius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seghorn FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosmo Nelius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lars Zeitzmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Seghorn FSV's Matt Termath managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Pascal Sieling in the 65 minute of the game. After 66 minutes, Boris Theiss made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Amed Spor's Lars Zeitzmann tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Seghorn FSV's Boris Theiss got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
