An unexpectedly hard shot by Niko Schieber in the 3rd minute of play forced Kneißl e.V.'s goalkeeper Ulrich Fekecs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ubbo Herbers's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ulrich Fekecs firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to SC Einheit Burg getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ubbo Herbers hit a great ball. David Kremers was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 13 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Kneißl e.V. defense, Silvain Zimmermann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulrich Fekecs. The Kneißl e.V. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulrich Fekecs should have stopped the shot. SC Einheit Burg's Philipp Landgraf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jork Plesetz in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Ubbo Herbers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Einheit Burg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 28th minute, Niko Schieber ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulrich Fekecs was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Hernando Drews kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Ulrich Fekecs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niko Schieber, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Jork Plesetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philipp Landgraf having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Kneißl e.V.'s Jork Plesetz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Philipp Landgraf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niko Schieber stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ulrich Fekecs came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Einheit Burg's Silvain Zimmermann. But to his dismay, Silvain Zimmermann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvain Zimmermann in the 56th minute of play forced Kneißl e.V.'s goalkeeper Ulrich Fekecs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Philipp Landgraf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jork Plesetz in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Helmut Leibold got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 63 minutes, Helmut Leibold managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kneißl e.V.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Helmut Leibold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, SC Einheit Burg's Philipp Landgraf got control of the ball when Jork Plesetz tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Issey Stalleicher fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kneißl e.V.'s protests and gave Issey Stalleicher a yellow card for diving instead. Ulrich Fekecs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubbo Herbers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulrich Fekecs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niko Schieber in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Silvain Zimmermann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Ulrich Fekecs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Jork Plesetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopold Karl kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kneißl e.V.'s Jork Plesetz got a free kick in the 88th minute. Philipp Landgraf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jork Plesetz in the 91st minute. If Helmut Leibold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Einheit Burg fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kneißl e.V. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
