The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, 1.FC Motor TRESTA 2023's Karl Freund got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 7 played minutes, Pohlheim's Marcus Kreissler shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sascha Andre Gilgen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pohlheim reached it. Santiago Tittmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Bockhahn having to interfere. Christian Pröger's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Tommy Bockhahn skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrien Kritzer in the 21st minute of play forced 1.FC Motor TRESTA 2023's goalkeeper Sascha Andre Gilgen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fatih Heinicke scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sascha Andre Gilgen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute, Fatih Heinicke left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pohlheim fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 34 minutes into the game, Santiago Tittmann lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Tommy Bockhahn. Fatih Heinicke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Santiago Tittmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Bockhahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Bockhahn made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Christian Pröger sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th minute, Santiago Tittmann reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Bockhahn. The goal made the score 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

51 minutes in the game, Fatih Heinicke fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sascha Andre Gilgen having to interfere. Fatih Heinicke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Sascha Andre Gilgen made a huge save. Karl Freund charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl Freund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to 1.FC Motor TRESTA 2023 getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. In the 61st minute, Santiago Tittmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Bockhahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After 65 minutes, Herbie Holldorf mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pohlheim and the 1.FC Motor TRESTA 2023 players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pohlheim getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Herbie Holldorf hit a great ball. Till Krentzel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tommy Bockhahn. Pohlheim's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Pohlheim's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Pröger came free, but Tommy Bockhahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Pohlheim's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Tittmann came free, but Tommy Bockhahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was beautiful to see 1.FC Motor TRESTA 2023's Till Krentzel in action when he in the 81st minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Santiago Tittmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommy Bockhahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christian Pröger went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. If Santiago Tittmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Pawel Raschke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1.FC Motor TRESTA 2023's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
