Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lutz Bergers made the kick off which started today's match. Sebastian Langhals recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ebernhahn's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Sebastian Langhals scored to the left of an out of position Heiko Kordowski, making the score, 1-0. 10 minutes into the game, Andrew Günther was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hochacht's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ebernhahn the free kick. A collision led to Hochacht getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Andrew Günther hit a great ball. Benny Kuppermann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lutz Bergers in the 11th minute of play. When Fabien Lopez fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hochacht's protests and gave Fabien Lopez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th match minute, Hochacht was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabien Lopez to maneuver through the defense. Ebernhahn's Jork Suhrke got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benny Kuppermann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lutz Bergers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Reinhard Neuhäuser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Ebernhahn's Mauritz Jan Sanke broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 29 played minutes Ebernhahn got a freekick which was hit by Josua Batzer. 30 minutes into the match, Ebernhahn's goalkeeper Heiko Kordowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Langhals. In the 31st minute Maiko Deriu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heiko Kordowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heiko Kordowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinhard Neuhäuser in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Hochacht's Sebastian Langhals sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Heiko Kordowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Heiko Kordowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maiko Deriu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Langhals got free with Heiko Kordowski in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ebernhahn's Heiko Kordowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Ebernhahn from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinhard Neuhäuser in the 53rd minute of play forced Ebernhahn's goalkeeper Heiko Kordowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maiko Deriu struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Heiko Kordowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hochacht. In the 57thth minute of the game Maiko Deriu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ebernhahn's Heiko Kordowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Ebernhahn's goal looked a bit too open when Maiko Deriu came free, but Heiko Kordowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauritz Jan Sanke's late challenge caught a Hochacht's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauritz Jan Sanke helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Maiko Deriu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hochacht's supporters rose to their feet, but Maiko Deriu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heiko Kordowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maiko Deriu in the 67th minute of play forced Ebernhahn's goalkeeper Heiko Kordowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Maiko Deriu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hochacht's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maiko Deriu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd match minute, Ebernhahn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justin Bloch to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ebernhahn getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Arend Kemmling hit a great ball. Sebastian Langhals fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heiko Kordowski having to interfere. The supporters of Hochacht booed when Ebernhahn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josua Batzer didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Hochacht's Bastian Solf broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to Ebernhahn getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Arend Kemmling hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, Maiko Deriu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Heiko Kordowski. Ebernhahn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maiko Deriu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Arend Kemmling was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. Sebastian Langhals received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Heiko Kordowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maiko Deriu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ebernhahn's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
