Jochen Krämer hit a great ball. Legio Loewenburg's Wilhelm Schumbrutzki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henning Brocken in the 31st minute of play. Andreas Münks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilhelm Schumbrutzki having to interfere. Friedrich Behnisch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Henning Brocken made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Legio Loewenburg's Wilhelm Schumbrutzki got control of the ball when Andreas Münks tried to sneak it across the goal line. Legio Loewenburg's Wilhelm Schumbrutzki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Legio Loewenburg from getting a goal against them. Friedrich Behnisch hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. If Henning Brocken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ephraim Somnitz in the 80th minute of play forced Katzwalchen's goalkeeper Dietrich Scholven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Till Wrage recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frederik Kremer missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 88 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Dietrich Scholven right hand side. Dietrich Scholven took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Friedrich Behnisch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
