Sebastian Langhals could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Wayne Schlagbauer made a huge save. After 31 minutes of play, Ballstedt's Helmut Fuchs made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After 42 played minutes Hochacht got a freekick which was hit by Philipp Terranova. Benny Kuppermann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helmut Fuchs in the 43rd minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Helmut Fuchs to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hochacht's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oleg Hemmerlein was slow to take the kick. During this time Ballstedt's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Oleg Hemmerlein got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Benny Kuppermann quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Oleg Hemmerlein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benny Kuppermann having to interfere. Thomas Ballheim took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benny Kuppermann. Benny Kuppermann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabien Lopez in the 72nd minute of play forced Ballstedt's goalkeeper Wayne Schlagbauer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Ballstedt's Tom Trachsel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benny Kuppermann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wayne Schlagbauer came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Hochacht's Maiko Deriu. But to his dismay, Maiko Deriu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ballstedt's goalkeeper Wayne Schlagbauer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Thomas Ballheim took a quick shot and it went in 2-6 without a chance for Benny Kuppermann to make any attempt to save it. Benny Kuppermann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Ballheim in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Ballstedt's Thomas Ballheim got a free kick in the 86th minute. Maiko Deriu kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 95 minutes in the game, Thomas Ballheim fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Benny Kuppermann having to interfere. The Hochacht supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ballstedt's performance. The match ended with a win for Ballstedt.
