Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) AC Bersonia's Jörg Tamali started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Sigurd Berthelé had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Artur Mark. AC Bersonia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sigurd Berthelé was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 9th minute Sigurd Berthelé shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Mark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Philipp Drews received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Lance Kruse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lance Kruse came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Bersonia's Philipp Drews. But to his dismay, Philipp Drews quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Adrian Webermann's late challenge caught a AC Bersonia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Webermann helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Holzgerlingen FSV's Adrian Webermann got a free kick in the 19th minute. Lance Kruse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörg Tamali in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, AC Bersonia's goal looked a bit too open when Sigurd Berthelé came free, but Artur Mark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Batho Söldner kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Artur Mark. That made the score 2-1 in the 28 minute of play. In the 30th match minute, Holzgerlingen FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helmar Freemann to maneuver through the defense. Fred Seehofer kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Alwin Kremmers took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lance Kruse. Holzgerlingen FSV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Jörg Tamali left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Bersonia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Philipp Drews sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Batho Söldner to make the kick off. Artur Mark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batho Söldner in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd match minute, AC Bersonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gideon Hartwig to maneuver through the defense. AC Bersonia's Artur Mark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Binninger in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Holzgerlingen FSV booed when AC Bersonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gideon Hartwig didn't get a good kick on the ball. AC Bersonia's Artur Mark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batho Söldner in the 66th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jörg Tamali got free with Lance Kruse in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Philipp Drews kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lance Kruse. That made the score 2-3 in the 74 minute of play. Nils Thönnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Holzgerlingen FSV getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Felix Röttger hit a great ball. After some careless play in the AC Bersonia defense, Sigurd Berthelé kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Mark. The AC Bersonia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Mark should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the match, AC Bersonia's Jörg Tamali sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lance Kruse narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 89 minutes in the game, Jörg Tamali fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lance Kruse having to interfere. Jörg Tamali could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Lance Kruse made a huge save. Jörg Tamali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lance Kruse having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
