In the 4th minute, Stefan Kutzmutz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Artur Mark. The goal made the score 1-0. After a rather tough play, Sensfelder Hof FC's Arndt Møller got a free kick in the 13th minute. Jörg Tamali struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Yavuz Schneller didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Bersonia. In the 20th minute, one of AC Bersonia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AC Bersonia. After 22 minutes AC Bersonia's goalkeeper Artur Mark managed, with a little bit of luck, save Tim Muchalla's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. In the 22nd minute, Tim Muchalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artur Mark was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Philipp Drews came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the AC Bersonia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Philipp Drews couldn't finish the play. Yavuz Schneller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörg Tamali, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The supporters of Sensfelder Hof FC booed when AC Bersonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gideon Hartwig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artur Mark made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leif Störmsdörfer in the 34th minute. In the 39th match minute, AC Bersonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karol Richters to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Mike Schabel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sensfelder Hof FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mike Schabel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Mark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulrich Gabler in the 51st minute of play forced AC Bersonia's goalkeeper Artur Mark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd match minute, Sensfelder Hof FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Kutzmutz to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the match, Jörg Tamali notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Sensfelder Hof FC's Yavuz Schneller. Yavuz Schneller was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Philipp Drews had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute of the match Tim Muchalla shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Artur Mark showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 67th minute Leif Störmsdörfer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Mark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Mark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leif Störmsdörfer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, AC Bersonia's goal looked a bit too open when Mike Schabel came free, but Artur Mark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Philipp Drews received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Yavuz Schneller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alwin Kremmers's late challenge caught a Sensfelder Hof FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alwin Kremmers helped the player get up and apologised. 77 minutes into the game, Linus Pausch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Bersonia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sensfelder Hof FC the free kick. Linus Pausch hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Artur Mark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mike Schabel, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 84th minute, Ulrich Gabler made a precise shot to the right of Artur Mark. AC Bersonia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Joerg-Uwe Hubert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yavuz Schneller having to make a save. Yavuz Schneller made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Jörg Tamali sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute of the match Karol Richters sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yavuz Schneller skillfully saved the ball. Sensfelder Hof FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
