Spectators: 7637 (Terracing: 5729, Seating: 1756, VIP seats: 152) Thilo Kesper started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 7th minute, Kristian Lienemann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thilo Kesper in the 12th minute of play forced fccol's goalkeeper Erich Klöckner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conni Hajduk in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christoph Kasimir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18th minute Helmke Genzwürker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoph Kasimir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in fccol's zone, Thilo Kesper stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erich Klöckner came out of the goal and Thilo Kesper tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Thilo Kesper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thilo Kesper in the 25th minute of play forced fccol's goalkeeper Erich Klöckner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Conni Hajduk managed to get in a good position for a shot. fccol's supporters rose to their feet, but Conni Hajduk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christoph Kasimir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to fccol getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Josef Schenk hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Tim Pappert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Süd Dunum's supporters rose to their feet, but Tim Pappert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erich Klöckner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, fccol's Erich Klöckner got control of the ball when Tim Pappert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Conni Hajduk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christoph Kasimir having to interfere. Tim Pappert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Erich Klöckner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Helmke Genzwürker was the one to do the kick off. After 58 played minutes fccol got a freekick which was hit by Dieter Deckers. Jan Gehre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erich Klöckner having to make a save. Tim Pappert scored 1-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erich Klöckner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 70th minute Thilo Kesper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erich Klöckner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to fccol getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Uwe Löw hit a great ball. In the 71st minute, Thilo Kesper left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Süd Dunum fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Tim Pappert scored 3-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erich Klöckner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Erich Klöckner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thilo Kesper, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Süd Dunum's Thilo Kesper got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Erasmus Deinbeck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christoph Kasimir was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After 92nd play minutes Helmke Genzwürker shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Christoph Kasimir and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Süd Dunum fans cheered their team off the field, for while fccol had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
