When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonid Nievelstein made a kick off. Robin Oldenburg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tim Pappert in the 63rd minute. After 66 played minutes Obererlbach FC got a freekick which was hit by Henrik La Mettrie. 67 minutes into the match, Süd Dunum's Jan Gehre broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Philip Ehmke charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Philip Ehmke the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Obererlbach FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. With a little luck, Obererlbach FC's Robin Oldenburg got control of the ball when Tim Pappert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Robin Oldenburg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thilo Kesper, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 85th match minute, Süd Dunum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Hofer to maneuver through the defense. Tim Pappert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Thilo Kesper's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robin Oldenburg was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Süd Dunum played a much better game than Obererlbach FC and deserved their victory. The Obererlbach FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
