After a defensive mix-up in Baierlach FSV's zone, Rafael Walleitner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Kowalski came out of the goal and Rafael Walleitner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, SV Barkas Frankenberg's Rafael Walleitner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rene Kowalski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Baierlach FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Walleitner came free, but Rene Kowalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rene Kowalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Walleitner in the 17th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Rafael Walleitner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rene Kowalski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rafael Walleitner struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Rene Kowalski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV Barkas Frankenberg. Rene Kowalski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Walleitner, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Baierlach FSV's zone, Rafael Walleitner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Kowalski came out of the goal and Rafael Walleitner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Rafael Walleitner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rene Kowalski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Schwabenthan in the 32nd minute of the match. The supporters of SV Barkas Frankenberg booed when Baierlach FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Deuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafael Walleitner might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Kowalski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rafael Walleitner ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcus Moritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rene Kowalski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Walleitner in the 43rd minute of the match. Rafael Walleitner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SV Barkas Frankenberg's Rafael Walleitner got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Haiko Bernecker made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Baierlach FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Bechtold to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Walleitner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jack Schwabenthan got free with Rene Kowalski in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jochen Adler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haiko Bernecker in the 61st minute of play. Rene Kowalski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Walleitner, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Rafael Walleitner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Rene Kowalski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Walleitner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Bechtold kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded SV Barkas Frankenberg left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Baierlach FSV.
