Ken Ziege showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmed Knop, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Ken Ziege took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmed Knop, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klemens Kriebel in the 44th minute of play forced Königsberger Klopse's goalkeeper Ken Ziege to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ken Ziege showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ringo Obele in the 45th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

54 minutes into the game, Ahmed Knop recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ken Ziege. Ahmed Knop showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ringo Obele got free with Ken Ziege in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th minute Fritz Wahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siegfried Jaser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fritz Wahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Königsberger Klopse's Ken Ziege played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Brass in the 67th minute of play. Fritz Wahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Klemens Kriebel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Ken Ziege made a huge save. Joshua Krankenbroker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siegfried Jaser having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Preußen Münster's Ahmed Knop slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ken Ziege. That made the score 2-4 after 89 minutes of play. Fritz Wahl scored 3-4 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Siegfried Jaser, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Königsberger Klopse lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
