After some careless play in the TuS Erkersreuth defense, Heinrich Schießl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raimar Lenke. The TuS Erkersreuth fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raimar Lenke should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Disteln's zone, Nicolas Hofmeister stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agilo Bonacker came out of the goal and Nicolas Hofmeister tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. TuS Erkersreuth's Raimar Lenke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heinrich Schießl in the 33rd minute of play. Hartmut Rebell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Agilo Bonacker made a huge save. Agilo Bonacker didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clemens Thielen went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. A hard shot 87 in the game by Karsten Börnsen from a close distance when the talented Raimar Lenke managed to make a qualified save. TuS Erkersreuth's players were relieved. After having played for 88 minutes, Hartmut Rebell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TuS Erkersreuth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hartmut Rebell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Disteln's Till Casper got a free kick in the 89th minute. During the 93rd minute of the match Simeon Maskos completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Simeon Maskos a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, TuS Erkersreuth's Simeon Maskos got a free kick in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Disteln players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for TuS Erkersreuth.
