Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ulf Werlich took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 5 minutes, Olaf Toprak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olaf Toprak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Amadeus Amstutz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rutger Renz was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. When Olaf Toprak came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Panda FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olaf Toprak couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Spall FSV's zone, Olaf Toprak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rutger Renz came out of the goal and Olaf Toprak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th match minute, Spall FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter-Stefan Grefen to maneuver through the defense. Panda FC were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Spall FSV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amadeus Amstutz took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Amadeus Amstutz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rutger Renz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rutger Renz came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Panda FC's Richard Hourani. But to his dismay, Richard Hourani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 32nd minute, Maiko Gruber reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leon Schattschneider. The goal made the score 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulf Werlich during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ulf Werlich kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Gil Neher hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Richard Hourani charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richard Hourani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Richard Hourani kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Adi Krutten kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Richard Hourani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 61 minutes of play Spall FSV's Peter-Stefan Grefen was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Panda FC booed when Spall FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter-Stefan Grefen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arne Zerres charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arne Zerres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Spall FSV booed when Panda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Zerres didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ulf Werlich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Richard Hourani reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rutger Renz. The goal made the score 1-2. The supporters of Spall FSV booed when Panda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Toprak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulf Werlich hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Richard Hourani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rutger Renz having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Spall FSV's goalkeeper Rutger Renz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olaf Toprak.
