Marco Stamm ran back to his position shaking his head. Marco Stamm charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Stamm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Disteln's Heinrich Schießl got a free kick in the 8th minute. Marco Stamm had several of the Disteln's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 10 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Agilo Bonacker as he didn't even see the shot coming. Michael Ondraczek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Knud Reynen, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 20thth minute of the game Marco Stamm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Disteln's Agilo Bonacker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fabian Tauber kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Marco Stamm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Agilo Bonacker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Stamm in the 31st minute of the match. If Marco Stamm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Heinrich Schießl struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Michael Ondraczek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Disteln. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Stamm in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agilo Bonacker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Agilo Bonacker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quint Kunze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Domingo Hemker almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Disteln's Agilo Bonacker did a great save. The supporters of Disteln booed when Pana Janusze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Hörster didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Marco Stamm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pana Janusze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Stamm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 65 minutes, Marco Stamm made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Disteln's Agilo Bonacker tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marco Stamm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Agilo Bonacker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Dix Feyand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludolf Scherer in the 73rd minute of play forced Disteln's goalkeeper Agilo Bonacker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disteln's Agilo Bonacker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludolf Scherer in the 90th minute of play. The supporters of Pana Janusze booed when Disteln was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Knud Reynen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pana Janusze's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
