Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fortunato Niggemann started the match with the kick off. Marc Krebs hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. A throw-in in the 6th minute of the game was made by Patrik Plappert with Uwe Breilmann as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Gabor Blohberger came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Crengeldanz FC's Marc Krebs. But to his dismay, Marc Krebs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Crengeldanz FC's Marc Krebs was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 16th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 28 played minutes Crengeldanz FC got a freekick which was hit by Karol Manske. If Fortunato Niggemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabor Blohberger made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Marc Krebs sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Arminia Bielefeld booed when Crengeldanz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erk Martens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fortunato Niggemann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marc Krebs to strike the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the game, Fortunato Niggemann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Basil Kuchel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Uwe Breilmann kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 68 minutes, Marc Krebs made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Arminia Bielefeld's Gabor Blohberger tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Crengeldanz FC's Marc Krebs in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arminia Bielefeld's goalie prevented a goal. Crengeldanz FC's Basil Kuchel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Crengeldanz FC from getting a goal against them. Basil Kuchel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fortunato Niggemann in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Holger Popoola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Crengeldanz FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arminia Bielefeld the free kick. Holger Popoola hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When Fortunato Niggemann came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Arminia Bielefeld fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fortunato Niggemann couldn't finish the play. If Fortunato Niggemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristian Pering charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kristian Pering the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kristian Pering kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Crengeldanz FC's goalkeeper Basil Kuchel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fortunato Niggemann. When Erk Martens fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crengeldanz FC's protests and gave Erk Martens a yellow card for diving instead. After 89 played minutes Crengeldanz FC got a freekick which was hit by Erk Martens. Fortunato Niggemann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Basil Kuchel made a huge save. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Crengeldanz FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Arminia Bielefeld for much of the match.
