The audience was convinced that Asbjörn Bohn's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harry Bauer was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Asbjörn Bohn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Harry Bauer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asbjörn Bohn in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Wolfram Das hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Mathias Faber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hamburger's supporters rose to their feet, but Mathias Faber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hasse Roth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Irvin Blieske got free with Harry Bauer in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andreas Jaeniche hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Irvin Blieske sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Asbjörn Bohn blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harry Bauer having to make a save. When Marienfelde FSV's Asbjörn Bohn in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hamburger's goalie prevented a goal. When Irvin Blieske came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Marienfelde FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Irvin Blieske couldn't finish the play. After having played for 47 minutes, Asbjörn Bohn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marienfelde FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Asbjörn Bohn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Asbjörn Bohn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Christoph Wiechmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hamburger's supporters rose to their feet, but Christoph Wiechmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hasse Roth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 58th minute, Hadrian Winkel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Harry Bauer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 76 minutes into the match, Irvin Blieske had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harry Bauer. Hamburger's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Irvin Blieske was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Harry Bauer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asbjörn Bohn in the 79th minute of play. If Asbjörn Bohn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Wolfram Das hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 88 minutes of play, Marienfelde FSV's Asbjörn Bohn made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Harry Bauer was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Asbjörn Bohn managed to get in a good position for a shot.
