Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Albo Bruns made the kick off and thus started the match. Sören Chaker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Dag Kästel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lajos Splett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albo Bruns in the 10th minute of play. Sören Chaker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sören Chaker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dag Kästel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Casimir Fassbender's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Casimir Fassbender scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dag Kästel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stefan Landgraf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stefan Landgraf in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dag Kästel saved Großholthausen from getting behind. Dag Kästel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sören Chaker's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Großholthausen's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Landgraf came free, but Dag Kästel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sören Chaker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dierk Strobl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dag Kästel having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Sören Chaker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Dag Kästel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Casimir Fassbender might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dag Kästel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casimir Fassbender ran back to his position shaking his head.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sören Chaker to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Roswin Buchmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Großholthausen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roswin Buchmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 53rd minute of the match, Stefan Landgraf got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dag Kästel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sören Chaker struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Dag Kästel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarreit FC. After 59th play minutes Stefan Landgraf shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Dag Kästel and just under the crossbar into goal. If Casimir Fassbender had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 68 in the game by Stefan Landgraf from a close distance when the talented Dag Kästel managed to make a qualified save. Großholthausen's players were relieved. In the 71st minute, Sören Chaker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dag Kästel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 80th minute, Stefan Landgraf left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sarreit FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Dag Kästel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimir Fassbender, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute Sören Chaker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dag Kästel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Großholthausen's Dag Kästel got control of the ball when Stefan Landgraf tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dag Kästel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sören Chaker in the 92nd minute of play. After 94 minutes, Casimir Fassbender made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Großholthausen's Dag Kästel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Großholthausen fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sarreit FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
