Melvin Schebesta scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Immanuel Neitzel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th minute of the match, Steen Beyersdorf tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Max Klingenbeck saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 20th minute, Melvin Schebesta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SUS Rayen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 23rd minute, Ulf Weber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to SUS Rayen getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Christoph Leibinger hit a great ball. Ulf Weber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Immanuel Neitzel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to TSV Cossebaude getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Ernst Schürhoff hit a great ball. Immanuel Neitzel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulf Weber went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Ulf Weber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Immanuel Neitzel having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Steen Beyersdorf made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in SUS Rayen's zone, Franz Rolker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Max Klingenbeck came out of the goal and Franz Rolker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Weber in the 61st minute of play forced TSV Cossebaude's goalkeeper Immanuel Neitzel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Ulf Weber's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Immanuel Neitzel was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Franz Rolker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Max Klingenbeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Max Klingenbeck went to the wrong direction when Karl Scheytt was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. A collision led to TSV Cossebaude getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Daniele Bomm hit a great ball. Melvin Schebesta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Immanuel Neitzel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heiner Gramenz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Max Klingenbeck. SUS Rayen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Melvin Schebesta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Immanuel Neitzel made a huge save. If Immanuel Rüggeberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 89 in the game by Melvin Schebesta from a close distance when the talented Immanuel Neitzel managed to make a qualified save. TSV Cossebaude's players were relieved. Günter Melcher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Sven Nimako hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melvin Schebesta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Immanuel Neitzel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. SUS Rayen's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
