An unexpectedly hard shot by Lothar Hach in the 18th minute of play forced SUS Rayen's goalkeeper Max Klingenbeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berko Schaub sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laurence Sattler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulf Weber went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute Melvin Schebesta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurence Sattler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melvin Schebesta struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Laurence Sattler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SUS Rayen. In the 41stth minute of the game Melvin Schebesta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportfreunde King's Laurence Sattler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Berrisch in the 42nd minute of play forced Sportfreunde King's goalkeeper Laurence Sattler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berko Schaub received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Max Klingenbeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ulf Weber stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Melvin Schebesta hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christoph Leibinger during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ole Gallasch took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Max Klingenbeck. SUS Rayen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ulf Weber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurence Sattler having to interfere. Berko Schaub recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Max Klingenbeck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berko Schaub in the 61st minute of the match. If Berko Schaub had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 66 minutes, Berko Schaub managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportfreunde King's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berko Schaub was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute, Ulf Weber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Drees Bornscheuer's late challenge caught a SUS Rayen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Drees Bornscheuer helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in SUS Rayen's zone, Felix Sawitzki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Max Klingenbeck came out of the goal and Felix Sawitzki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laurence Sattler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulf Weber, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 85th minute, Berko Schaub got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Drees Bornscheuer was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. In the 86th match minute, Sportfreunde King was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Drees Bornscheuer to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute Berko Schaub shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Max Klingenbeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SUS Rayen's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
