Lajos Splett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klemens Graumenz in the 8th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sarreit FC defense, Ioannis zum Felde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lajos Splett. The Sarreit FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lajos Splett should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Struthütten FC's Christian Clason got a free kick in the 12th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sarreit FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! After 24 minutes Sarreit FC's goalkeeper Lajos Splett managed, with a little bit of luck, save Ivan Reichert's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. In the 24th minute, Struthütten FC's Ivan Reichert ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lajos Splett. Lajos Splett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Lajos Splett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Clason in the 26th minute of the match. When Casimir Fassbender fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sarreit FC's protests and gave Casimir Fassbender a yellow card for diving instead. When Struthütten FC's Klemens Graumenz in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sarreit FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 41 played minutes Sarreit FC got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Rammbock. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Reichert couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dierk Strobl in the 45th minute of play forced Struthütten FC's goalkeeper Bryan Pfeiffer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berthold Kohl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lajos Splett having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Klemens Graumenz made the kick off in the second half. Stefan Landgraf did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-3 to the left of a surprised Bryan Pfeiffer 52 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sören Chaker in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bryan Pfeiffer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stefan Landgraf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Immanuel Arndt helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Wolf-Rüdiger Baruch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Sarreit FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lajos Splett should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute, Sören Chaker reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bryan Pfeiffer. The goal made the score 3-6. Sarreit FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
