Olaf Michael Malborn hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Peter Thielemann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Philipp Inderhees blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jakobus Schwang having to make a save. 10 minutes into the match, Keulos's Hans Hertel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jakobus Schwang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Volker Kanoneks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hanns Diller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marko Öhlmann in the 23rd minute of play. Hanns Diller was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Marko Öhlmann capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marko Öhlmann really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 28th minute Peter Thielemann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakobus Schwang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jakobus Schwang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edwin Stotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Hans Hertel got in the 36th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jakobus Schwang handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Valentin Frosch could shoot a difficult shot in the 41st minute, which Hanns Diller however easily saved by the left post. After 42 played minutes Keulos got a freekick which was hit by Philipp Inderhees. After a defensive mix-up in TUS LEMFÖRDE's zone, Peter Thielemann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jakobus Schwang came out of the goal and Peter Thielemann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Volker Kanoneks charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Volker Kanoneks the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Volker Kanoneks hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marko Öhlmann to strike the kick off in the second half. Jakobus Schwang made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Philipp Inderhees sent off a good shot on target. Philipp Inderhees struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Jakobus Schwang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Keulos. After a rather tough play, Keulos's Volker Bothner got a free kick in the 57th minute. Keulos's Hanns Diller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Frosch in the 59th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Peter Thielemann lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Jakobus Schwang. The audience thought a goal was coming when Philipp Inderhees got free with Jakobus Schwang in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Philipp Inderhees received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jakobus Schwang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jakobus Schwang made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Edwin Stotz sent off a good shot on target. York Diebold recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 82 in the game by Edwin Stotz from a close distance when the talented Jakobus Schwang managed to make a qualified save. TUS LEMFÖRDE's players were relieved. Edwin Stotz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Jakobus Schwang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute of the match Volker Bothner sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jakobus Schwang skillfully saved the ball. Justus Tremmel charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Peter Thielemann made a great header on Keulos's corner, it was just that TUS LEMFÖRDE's Jakobus Schwang managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Keulos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
