After 7 minutes, Wulf Schock mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trahweiler and the Görschnitz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 8 minutes into the game, Egon Blecker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trahweiler's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Görschnitz FC the free kick. In the 8th match minute, Trahweiler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egon Blecker to maneuver through the defense. In the 11thth minute of the game Niko Röhner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trahweiler's Lars Lausen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lars Lausen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Krister Nunold went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Görschnitz FC booed when Trahweiler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wulf Schock didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Leo Gestrich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferit Pollmann struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Niko Echterhoff didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trahweiler. 35 minutes into the game, Görschnitz FC's Niko Röhner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lars Lausen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ferit Pollmann hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Niko Röhner's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Lars Lausen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Robert Nickel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niko Echterhoff having to interfere. Matthäus Koops hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Ferit Pollmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trahweiler's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferit Pollmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niko Echterhoff breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ferit Pollmann took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niko Echterhoff. Niko Echterhoff dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Lauritz Bucher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Lars Lausen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Görschnitz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferit Pollmann came free, but Niko Echterhoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Trahweiler's Lars Lausen got control of the ball when Niko Röhner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lars Lausen came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Görschnitz FC's Niko Röhner. But to his dismay, Niko Röhner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Görschnitz FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Trahweiler's much stronger midfield.
