Theodor Turk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didier Starke in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Stanislaw Pistauer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Herefurt's supporters rose to their feet, but Finn Schulitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didier Starke in the 75th minute of play forced SC Herefurt's goalkeeper Theodor Turk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
