Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adam Gaitanzis took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Adam Gaitanzis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henning Brede hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Johann Ebbenga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iserlohner Heide FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Johann Ebbenga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aimo Tilk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Daniela FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Eckard Surmann hit a great ball. With his leg Aimo Tilk managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Iserlohner Heide FC's Fred Merker fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Daniela FC's Aimo Tilk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Daniela FC from getting a goal against them. Joachim Brandborn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Gaitanzis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Johann Ebbenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Iserlohner Heide FC's Johann Ebbenga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aimo Tilk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dietmar Humann hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After having played for 21 minutes, Johann Ebbenga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iserlohner Heide FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johann Ebbenga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Johann Ebbenga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aimo Tilk. That made the score 1-0 in the 25 minute of play. Aimo Tilk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johann Ebbenga, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Aimo Tilk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fred Merker in the 31st minute. Iserlohner Heide FC's Georg Faßnacht pulled a muscle in his leg after 37 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Axel Wortmann's late challenge caught a Iserlohner Heide FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Axel Wortmann helped the player get up and apologised. After 38 played minutes Daniela FC got a freekick which was hit by Axel Wortmann. Aimo Tilk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johann Ebbenga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Siegfried Gaber took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joachim Brandborn. Joachim Brandborn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fred Merker made a kick off. A collision led to Iserlohner Heide FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Matthias Dutzi hit a great ball. Fred Merker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aimo Tilk having to make a save. Fred Merker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Aimo Tilk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fred Merker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fred Merker might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aimo Tilk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fred Merker ran back to his position shaking his head. If Fred Merker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Iserlohner Heide FC's Matthias Dutzi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Henning Brede's late challenge caught a Daniela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Henning Brede hit a great ball. In the 89th minute Fred Merker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aimo Tilk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 90 minutes, Fred Merker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iserlohner Heide FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fred Merker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rudolf Gerulat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
