An unexpectedly hard shot by Reiner Gaede in the 21st minute of play forced Gostingen's goalkeeper Olav Gross to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrick Lötzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Linke, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Reiner Gaede sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jens Dencks short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Olav Gross to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Anton Linke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gunter Weiss blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patrick Lötzer having to make a save. After 30 minutes, Niklas Mahler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the More1 and the Gostingen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st minute, Johannes Dettinger sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and More1's Patrick Lötzer didn't even have to move. 34 minutes into the match, More1's goal looked a bit too open when Gunter Weiss came free, but Patrick Lötzer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrick Lötzer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gunter Weiss's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anton Linke during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Gostingen getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Anton Linke hit a great ball. Jens Denck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olav Gross having to interfere. After 45 minutes, Siegmund Hoch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gostingen and the More1 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gostingen's Siegmund Hoch got a free kick in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Patrick Lötzer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunter Weiss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Gostingen fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Gostingen's Anton Linke looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 58th minute, Reiner Gaede ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olav Gross was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brian Pfeffer during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd minute, one of More1:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for More1. More1:s Patrick Lötzer showed great skill when he stopped Johannes Dettinger:s penalty. 71 minutes into the match, Bruno Mögle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrick Lötzer. More1's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Mögle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Patrick Lötzer was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Gunter Weiss capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gunter Weiss really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. A collision led to Gostingen getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Caspar Heim hit a great ball. If Reiner Gaede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gostingen's Olav Gross played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens Denck in the 83rd minute of play. Patrick Lötzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irvin Wittmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Patrick Lötzer made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Anton Linke sent off a good shot on target. Anton Linke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Patrick Lötzer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
