Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rainer Flug kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Rainer Flug managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aver's supporters rose to their feet, but Rainer Flug was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domenico Liess breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute, Oliver Anwalter made a precise shot to the right of Chris Geibel. Aver's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sirius Groth in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chris Geibel saved Aver from getting behind. Otfried Münzner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domenico Liess having to interfere. Domenico Liess took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rainer Flug, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domenico Liess showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rainer Flug, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Oliver Anwalter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 35 played minutes Stummeldorf got a freekick which was hit by Artur Mappus. After a rather tough play, Aver's Walt Schilling got a free kick in the 39th minute. If Sirius Groth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sirius Groth to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Aver's zone, Sirius Groth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chris Geibel came out of the goal and Sirius Groth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chris Geibel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Anwalter, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Stummeldorf's Oliver Anwalter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chris Geibel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oliver Anwalter might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chris Geibel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oliver Anwalter ran back to his position shaking his head. If Sirius Groth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Stummeldorf booed when Aver was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thorben Bauermeister didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sirius Groth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Stummeldorf getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Austin Roßbach hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Stummeldorf's zone, Eddi Stein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domenico Liess came out of the goal and Eddi Stein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rainer Flug struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Domenico Liess didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aver. Sirius Groth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Stummeldorf had won after a very even match.
