Folker Augenthaler hit a great ball. Marcus Kündgen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 49th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sören Räthe. Xarardheere Kob Dhexaad's Elmo Waldemann shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 85th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sören Räthe but with some difficulty. The crowd rose to their feet as Eduard Heuchel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sören Räthe. That made the score 1-2 in the 91 minute of play.
