Philipp Wucherpfennig charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Philipp Wucherpfennig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes Karakartal1983 got a freekick which was hit by Philipp Wucherpfennig. 1. FCB's Max Josef Appel got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as 1. FCB's Jannick Schockenhoff slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ernst Bernheim. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Keilbach in the 19th minute of play forced 1. FCB's goalkeeper Malte Hecht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, 1. FCB's goal looked a bit too open when Lukas Keilbach came free, but Malte Hecht reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th match minute, 1. FCB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Dieckmann to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 28 minutes, Lukas Keilbach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karakartal1983's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lukas Keilbach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in 1. FCB fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Karakartal1983 a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rouven Kuhlins, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of 1. FCB's Malte Hecht. 1-1. 40 minutes into the match, Karakartal1983's goalkeeper Ernst Bernheim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Max Josef Appel. When Wulf Boschmann fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karakartal1983's protests and gave Wulf Boschmann a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes Karakartal1983 got a freekick which was hit by Wulf Boschmann. Max Josef Appel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Ernst Bernheim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Max Josef Appel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Ernst Bernheim when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ernst Bernheim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Max Josef Appel in the 45th minute. Jannick Schockenhoff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ernst Bernheim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Max Josef Appel made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Max Josef Appel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernst Bernheim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Max Josef Appel managed to get in a good position for a shot. 1. FCB's supporters rose to their feet, but Max Josef Appel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernst Bernheim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Max Josef Appel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hans Dieckmann came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the 1. FCB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans Dieckmann couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute, Max Josef Appel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1. FCB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. FCB's Hans Dieckmann got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the game, Louis Osterhagen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karakartal1983's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 1. FCB the free kick. Ernst Bernheim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Josef Appel in the 80th minute of the match. Max Josef Appel scored 3-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ernst Bernheim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Karakartal1983 defense, Max Josef Appel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernst Bernheim. The Karakartal1983 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernst Bernheim should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute Max Josef Appel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernst Bernheim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Schellerhoff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernst Bernheim having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. 1. FCB fully deserved thier win.
