But to his dismay, Markus Edewecht quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Philo Krughöfer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The SV Stuttgarter Kickers fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when SV Stuttgarter Kickers's Philo Krughöfer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 22 minutes into the match, Philo Krughöfer notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Hertha BSC II's Heinz Kerschbaumer. Heinz Kerschbaumer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the game, SV Stuttgarter Kickers's Philo Krughöfer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Heinz Kerschbaumer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 34th match minute, SV Stuttgarter Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efraim Brandt to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Hertha BSC II's goal looked a bit too open when Markus Edewecht came free, but Heinz Kerschbaumer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toni Zabel charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toni Zabel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SV Stuttgarter Kickers getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Toni Zabel hit a great ball. Markus Edewecht scored 0-6 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Heinz Kerschbaumer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Markus Edewecht to strike the kick off in the second half. Heinz Kerschbaumer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Markus Edewecht in the 53rd minute of play. A hard shot 55 in the game by Philo Krughöfer from a close distance when the talented Heinz Kerschbaumer managed to make a qualified save. Hertha BSC II's players were relieved. Markus Edewecht received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Heinz Kerschbaumer came out and tried to block the shot, but Markus Edewecht slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 57th minute. When SV Stuttgarter Kickers's Markus Edewecht in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hertha BSC II's goalie prevented a goal. In the 61st minute, Hertha BSC II's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Philo Krughöfer fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 64th minute Markus Edewecht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heinz Kerschbaumer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Hertha BSC II's goalkeeper Heinz Kerschbaumer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Philo Krughöfer. But to his dismay, Clint Ngo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. After a rather tough play, SV Stuttgarter Kickers's Clint Ngo got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 74th minute of the match, Markus Edewecht tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Heinz Kerschbaumer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Connor Titz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Renatus Ewen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl Flug charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl Flug the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th match minute, Hertha BSC II was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl Flug to maneuver through the defense. Clint Ngo in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Heinz Kerschbaumer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 87 minutes into the match, Hertha BSC II's goalkeeper Heinz Kerschbaumer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Philo Krughöfer. After having played for 89 minutes, Philo Krughöfer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Stuttgarter Kickers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Philo Krughöfer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Hertha BSC II's zone, Philo Krughöfer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heinz Kerschbaumer came out of the goal and Philo Krughöfer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clint Ngo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Heinz Kerschbaumer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play.
