In the 26th minute, Damian Feldmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Christian Ressemann took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Domenico Schwertges to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Feldmann in the 31st minute of play forced KFC Uerdingen's goalkeeper Domenico Schwertges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Leonid Putz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Domenico Schwertges, 2-1. When Damian Feldmann was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 42 minutes had been played. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lukas Schüddekopf to make the kick off. Fc Laband's Davor Kern got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christian Ressemann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Domenico Schwertges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Davor Kern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Davor Kern in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domenico Schwertges prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fortunato Meister took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Schüddekopf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kasimir Weida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Meister having to interfere. Domenico Schwertges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davor Kern, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Schüddekopf in the 69th minute of play forced Fc Laband's goalkeeper Fortunato Meister to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72ndth minute of the game Lukas Schüddekopf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc Laband's Fortunato Meister was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lukas Schüddekopf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Meister having to interfere. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 86 minutes into the game, Lukas Schüddekopf recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fortunato Meister. Lukas Schüddekopf showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. 91 minutes into the match, Lukas Schüddekopf dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fortunato Meister, 2-3. In the 94th minute, Kasimir Weida got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The KFC Uerdingen supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing KFC Uerdingen would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
