The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hochstadt FSV's Tom Diebitsch suffered a concussion in the 3rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When Eike Schilling fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Klein Heins FC's protests and gave Eike Schilling a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Klein Heins FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Eike Schilling hit a great ball. Engelbert Borchert kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Helge Strebl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caspar Berg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hochstadt FSV's Lovis Rampp got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kostja Baumeister during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Hochstadt FSV getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Kostja Baumeister hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kai Rau in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caspar Berg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute, Kostja Baumeister hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caspar Berg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helge Strebl, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 23 minutes, Ahmed Koeppen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Klein Heins FC and the Hochstadt FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 23 played minutes Klein Heins FC got a freekick which was hit by Ahmed Koeppen. In the 28th match minute, Klein Heins FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eike Schilling to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Helge Strebl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hochstadt FSV's goalkeeper Caspar Berg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hochstadt FSV's Engelbert Borchert got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Hochstadt FSV's Lovis Rampp dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Kai Rau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kai Rau to strike the kick off in the second half. If Lovis Rampp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heimo Trener showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Engelbert Borchert in the 53rd minute of the match. Klein Heins FC's Eike Schilling got his second yellow card of the match in the 58th minute. The referee ordered Eike Schilling off the ground. After a rather tough play, Klein Heins FC's Eike Schilling got a free kick in the 59th minute. Helge Strebl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caspar Berg having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Hochstadt FSV's Engelbert Borchert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Heimo Trener narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Engelbert Borchert came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Hochstadt FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Engelbert Borchert couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Engelbert Borchert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hochstadt FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Engelbert Borchert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heimo Trener breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the game, Engelbert Borchert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Heimo Trener was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 77 minutes, Lovis Rampp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hochstadt FSV and the Klein Heins FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 77 played minutes Hochstadt FSV got a freekick which was hit by Lovis Rampp. Lovis Rampp struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Heimo Trener didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hochstadt FSV. Heimo Trener showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Engelbert Borchert, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Klein Heins FC's Heimo Trener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lovis Rampp in the 84th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Klein Heins FC's zone, Roberto Schwarzbäcker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heimo Trener came out of the goal and Roberto Schwarzbäcker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute, Engelbert Borchert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lovis Rampp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heimo Trener having to interfere. Florenz Wolf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Heimo Trener tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lovis Rampp in the 94th minute of play forced Klein Heins FC's goalkeeper Heimo Trener to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Klein Heins FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Jacob Achterdeich hit a great ball. Roberto Schwarzbäcker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Heimo Trener tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Hochstadt FSV players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
